Allied Health Training Institute is a Limited Liability Corporation founded in 2013 in NJ. The president, Ilene Demling, is the single member of the LLC. The facility is located at 1750 Zion Road in Northfield, NJ 08225. Established to provide CNA and Home Health Aide training and instruction leading to certification. The lease was negotiated for 5 years at a favorable rate. Additionally, the square footage available exceeds the needs of the Company. One sublease for the extra space will provide additional income.
Allied Health Training Institute, LLC (the Company) is a single member LLC established to provide CNA and home health aide training and instruction leading to certification. The single member of the Company is an experienced nurse and CNA instructor with over 23 years in the field of nursing including 14 years of teaching. She will be the primary instructor along with a part time subcontractor. The subcontracted instructor brings 35 years of experience in nursing including 5 years in CNA training.
Allied Health Training Institute is state certified through the New Jersey Department of Health. All of the classrooms are equipped with computers and the latest software to ensure that our students are prepared for the future.

Vision
Allied Health Training Institute fills the need for affordable CNA, Home Health Aide and Phlebotomy (not currently available) training for individuals seeking a new career in the ever growing field of medical and health professions. Our class sizes are small for greater individual attention. Each course is offered individually and no one is forced to take unwanted courses and spend unnecessary monies, Organizing the courses individually allows Allied Health Training Institute students the ability to get an education without going into a lifetime of debt.
We believe that our primary purpose is to educate each student to the highest possible level of academic achievement by providing an appropriate curriculum in a safe, healthy environment. We are committed to helping students grow emotionally and develop social skills. We believe in creating an environment that encourages learning and social growth through character building and high expectations.
Facility
The facility is located in a medical professional building at 1750 Zion Road, Suite 106 in Northfield, NJ. Modifications to the leased property have been completed, which created an ideal learning atmosphere for the students. The training facility is located in a safe, secure area with ample parking and is easily accessible to public transportation. The latest technology and equipment have been purchased and installed to comply with state regulations.
The lease was made on June 13, 2013. The facility has approximately 2,947 square feet, designated at Suite 106. The term is for 5 years – starting August 1, 2013 and ending July 30, 2018. The lease includes a “Release Clause” that states that if after June 30, 2015 the lease can be terminated without penalty if the company finds it necessary to cease operations for reasons beyond their control. The rent is $3,810/month, which includes all utilities and common areas. An annual increase will begin on July 1, 2015 at a rate of 3.5%. Telephone, Internet or security lines will be the responsibility of Allied Health Training Institute.
Allied Health Training Institute has designated an onsite, computer testing area. This will allow students to take their exams and receive an immediate pass or fail grade. The exam is designed to prepare students for the state certification examination.
